Stage 1: discovery
We need to understand exactly what you are looking for. Focusing on your lifestyle, circumstances, aspirations and, in the case of commercial searches, your business objectives, together we’ll develop a brief and agree search criteria.

Stage 2: search
With the brief agreed we begin our search, identifying potential properties and locations that match your criteria. We carry out preliminary viewings on these properties, dealing with agents on your behalf, to create a shortlist for you to view.

Stage 3: reporting
The results of our findings and research are comprehensively fed back to you, with objective advice and guidance. We will organise viewing itineraries around your schedule and arrange accomodation, transportation and familiarisation tours as required.

Stage 4: negotiation
We co-ordinate this phase entirely and manage the conveyancing process. We will organise due diligence reports and provide regular written updates, plus also ensure all purchase related documentation is completed as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Stage 5: moving in
We don’t stop at the point of completion. We can put you in touch with other professional services and provide contacts for everything from schools to doctors, and architects to plumbers. We will make moving in to your new property as smooth as possible.
